Christmas Toy Give-A-Way
On December 23rd, the Durham Rescue Mission hosts an Annual Christmas Toy Give-Away. We serve a free traditional christmas meal with all the trimmings, and give away free clothing and free groceries. In addition, we have games and other activities for the children to enjoy. Each year, every child who attends the event will receive toys to make their Christmas extra special.

Need Help?

If you are in need of help during the holidays or are homeless, we invite you to come join us at 1201 East Main Street, Durham, North Carolina, for our Christmas Community Dinner.

Want to Help?

If you would like to provide Christmas toys for the less-fortunate children of the community, please call 919-688-9641, for more information about how you can help.

Without the financial and prayer support of our friends, the Durham Rescue Mission would have a difficult time helping those men, women, and children who come to us each day. If you would like to become a prayer partner, please email us at info@durhamrescuemission.com.

If you would like to help with a financial gift, please donate now.

Volunteer!

The Durham Rescue Mission needs volunteers to help with our upcoming Annual Easter Community Dinner. Volunteer opportunities include: setting up the event site; cooking the meal; serving the meal; setting up and manning the game booths; giving away clothing, including warm coats; giving away groceries; and cleaning up after the event.

If you, your family, friends, and/or associates are interested in helping us, please register now.
