On February 2nd, Gang Reduction Strategy Steering Committee of Durham will be offering a free workshop.
Although some focus will be on organizations serving at-risk youth, all non-profits will benefit by attending sessions on general topics conducted by Duke’s Non Profit Management Program staff.

10:30 – 11:00 The role of board members, executive directors, paid staff and volunteers (Nonprofit Management Program Duke University Continuing Studies staff)
11:00 – 11:30 Collaboration – the C word: Why should I widen my tent? (Nonprofit Management Program Duke University Continuing Studies staff)
11:30 – 1:00 Lunch and networking: During this time, all attendees will have an opportunity to provide information about their organization
