Train the Trainer:  December 3rd at the Walltown Recreation Center from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

FREE! This is Your Chance!  Attend the last Finding Your Voice: Train the Trainer workshop of the year!

Are you interested in helping yourself and others navigate the healthcare maze? This is the chance you’ve been waiting for!

Be sure to take advantage of this Project Compassion program that will train YOU to help your friends, neighbors and faith communities using nine hours worth of material on:

  • Patient advocacy strategies
  • Advance care planning conversations
  • Making decisions about organ, eye and tissue donation

The Train the Trainer workshop empowers those who are navigating the healthcare maze. After completing the workshop, participants are certified to teach the Finding Your Voice curriculum. Instead of waiting for an outside facilitator, like Christensen, certified Finding Your Voice trainers will be able to teach these workshops in flexible formats in their own communities.

Join us on December 3rd inDurham at theWalltownRecreationCenter from9:00-4:00 for this FREE training.  A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Finding Your Voice Train the Trainer is grant funded and therefore, offered free to anyone who is interested, but space is limited and pre-registration is required.

To register, contact Jane Walters with Project Compassion by email at jane@project-compassion.org or by calling 919-402-1844.
